Help with outreach, recruitment, and supporting the volunteer intake process. This internship is great for a person who is interested in non-profit management, human resources, and community outreach. The ideal intern is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Work at one of our program sites, helping with management, planning, and facilitation of daily activities. Gain hands-on experience working with kids from diverse backgrounds in an enriching and educational environment. The program site intern will also learn non-profit management skills. The ideal candidate has experience working with kids, has a passion for education, strong communication skills, is enthusiastic, and is a positive role model.
Work in our Boulder office a few days per week on marketing and development projects. This is a perfect opportunity for a student or professional who wants to gain experience working in a nonprofit office. Real-life job experience can include grant writing and editing, website content management, social media, email marketing, newsletter writing and editing, writing press releases, and donor database management.

Real-life job experience and work will include event planning, managing volunteer databases and schedules, volunteer recruitment, and developing an outreach plan for potential volunteers. The ideal intern is professional, has a positive attitude, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with outreach methods is preferred but not required.
