The IHDF Community Center is a dynamic, inclusive space dedicated to empowering youth, families, and adults through education, career support, and wellness resources. With a range of free programs—including tutoring, technology assistance, job readiness support, and personal development workshops—the center fosters growth and opportunity for all. Through structured weekly programming, special events, and ongoing community input, we ensure that our services evolve to meet the needs of those we serve.

Community Center Programming
Our Community Center will reopen its doors starting January 5th, offering engaging and enriching opportunities for students from 1st to 12th grade.
Here's the November- January schedule:
- Monday: Rotating Arts Programming for youth
- Tuesday: STEAM Programming for youth
- Wednesday: Tutoring, Open Computer Lab
- Thursday: Day time open hours for adults & Day time kids Read Aloud Hour
- Friday's through January: Community Dinners
Cost: Free for eligible students!

Our Computer Center is a valuable resource for youth in our programs, adults seeking career growth and personal development, and others in our community. We have open hours available weekly from 11am-5pm with open hour support on Thursdays from 11am-5pm.
Among the many uses of the center, our STEM students use the resources for their robotics coding!
Made possible through the generosity of the Medtronic Foundation and AMD, this space is designed to promote equity by providing access to technology, learning opportunities, and career support. Whether you're a student working on school projects or an adult advancing your skills, the Computer Center is here to support you.

Inspirational Library for Dreamer Scholars & Community
The Lopez-Martinez-Romero Peace & Justice Library is available to our Dreamer Scholars, staff and community! The library already houses nearly 300 titles in English and Spanish at all age levels.
The collection features Black, Latinx and international authors illustrators, protagonists, heritage and culture. We also celebrate a diverse range of topics including: physical disability, LGBTQ+ studies and themes, indigenous people, refugee experience, and women’s history.
The library honors the courage, strength and perseverance of the Lopez-Martinez-Romero family and its long tradition of advocating for representation and inclusion of our communities.
