The “I Have A Dream” Foundation of Boulder County (“IHDF”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters and donors. We do not sell, share, or trade donor names or personal information with any other entity, nor do we send mailings or digital communications on behalf of other organizations.

We collect personal information (such as name, address, email, phone number, donation history, and communication preferences) to process donations, send tax receipts, communicate updates, provide information about programs/events, express gratitude, and occasionally invite further support. Donors can manage their communication preferences at any time. Our general emails, SMS/text messages, and marketing communications always include easy-to-use unsubscribe or opt-out instructions. Our online forms allow donors to opt in or out of specific communication types. Essential donation-related notices (such as receipts) may still be sent even if other updates are opted out.
SMS/Text Messaging Compliance
When you provide your mobile number, you may receive up to 3 informational or marketing text messages per month about our news, events, or donation opportunities. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Your cell phone number will never be sold, shared, or used by third parties for marketing purposes.
